  • Morning by the Fire Pit: Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast, shared around the warmth of a fire pit. Connect with fellow retreaters as you prepare for a day of self-discovery.

• Manifestation Journaling in a Yurt: Step into the traditional Mongolian yurt to set your intentions and journal your dreams. This mindful exercise will align your energy with your deepest desires.

• Yoga with the theme of Presence: Move into a stunning glass-fronted studio with underfloor heating for a yoga session dedicated to the present moment. Flow through gentle poses that will leave you feeling centered and empowered.
