Spring Solace
Spring Solace is a relaxed, gentle day designed to help you step out of the busyness of life and come back to yourself. Nothing intense, nothing overwhelming just a slow pace, good company, and moments that feel nourishing.
We start the morning outside around the fire pit with a warm drink, giving you a chance to settle, breathe and feel your body arrive. It’s a simple grounding moment that sets the tone for the rest of the day.
From there, we move into the yurt for some journaling. This isn’t anything heavy, just some quiet time to reflect, release winter’s heaviness, and tune into what you want for the season ahead.
Next, you’ll take part in a pressed-flower workshop, which is calming in itself. It’s hands-on, creative and gives your mind a break from thinking and overthinking.
After that, we head out for a slow walk through the countryside. Fresh air, open space, and the chance to reconnect with nature without rushing or keeping up with anything.
A warm, nourishing lunch follows- proper food, enjoyed slowly.
We end the day with a calming guided meditation, giving your system one last moment to fully soften before you head home.

Why choose to retreat with us?
Some September was born from a really awful situation. Our own pain became the conception of this beautiful thing we have created.
The journey we are on drives everything we do. It’s not about money or instagram or how many followers we have. It’s about being authentically helpful and creating a bit of magic in someone else’s journey.
In the past couple of years we’ve hosted several retreats, and many of our guests have chosen to return again and again.
They cherish these days with us and we cherish their presence just as much.
So yes, we are a little bit different, our “why” isn’t ego led, it’s heart led.
So whether you join once or return time and time again, we will always be there for you.
Love,
Nancy, Hope + Tracy xxx
